2. RS One Unified Account Synchronization
Our platforms utilize a central identity and authentication system called RS One. Creating an account on any RS Techno Studios service provisions an RS One Central Profile.
- RS One allows a single set of login credentials to securely access StayBix, FireBix, Yagya AI, and connected RS services.
- Basic profile information (such as Full Name, Username, Email Address, and KYC Verification Status) is synchronized seamlessly across the ecosystem to improve security and user experience.
- We do not share your RS One credentials or account data with external third-party advertisers.

We collect only essential information necessary to provide, secure, and operate our platforms:
a) Personal & Account Information
- Full name, email address, phone number, and account username/handle.
- Profile picture and voluntary business details (for Business Firesites or Host accounts).
- Login identifiers and RS One authentication tokens.
b) Platform-Specific & KYC Information
- StayBix Rentals: Booking activity, QR-code check-in records, and voluntary UPI ID (collected strictly for promotional cashback disbursements).
- StayBix Identity Verification (KYC): Government-issued identity proof (such as Aadhaar or Passport) and live selfie verification for user and host safety.
- FireBix Publishing: Creator FireSite handles, public Sparks (short video content), Posts, Articles, Photos, and engagement metrics (likes, comments, reactions).
- Yagya AI Engine: Query prompts, automation workflows, and moderation inputs.
c) Technical & Usage Data
We automatically collect limited technical data including IP addresses, browser types, device information, operating system details, and security audit logs strictly for performance monitoring, fraud prevention, and system stability.
4. KYC Security & AES-256 Encryption (StayBix)
To prevent platform misuse, fake listings, and fraud, identity verification (KYC) may be required on StayBix.
- All sensitive KYC documents and verification images are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
- Property Hosts and Owners cannot access, view, or download user KYC documents.
- KYC data is accessible solely by an authorized StayBix verification team strictly for identity validation and regulatory compliance.
5. Use of Information & Data Masking
The information we collect is used strictly for legitimate operational purposes:
- To operate, manage, and deliver RS One, StayBix, FireBix, and Yagya AI services.
- To facilitate room booking approvals and process QR-based check-ins.
- Contact Data Masking: User phone numbers and email addresses remain masked and hidden from property hosts until a booking is accepted and QR check-in is successfully completed.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate security threats, spam accounts, or unauthorized activity.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations and law enforcement requirements.
We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal data to ad networks or third-party data brokers.
6. Financial & Payment Privacy
- StayBix operates on a strict “Pay at Visit” model. Rent payments occur directly between guests and property hosts.
- StayBix does not collect online room rent, nor do we store credit card, debit card, or banking credentials.
- For eligible cashback rewards, users voluntarily provide a UPI ID, which is used strictly for payout processing via UPI gateway systems.
7. AI-Assisted Moderation (Yagya AI Integration)
To maintain platform safety, FireBix and StayBix utilize automated safety systems powered by Yagya AI alongside human moderation.
- Yagya AI algorithms analyze content inputs, reviews, and behavioral signals to detect spam, bot engagement, fake reviews, and prohibited content.
- Publicly published content on FireBix (Sparks, Posts, Articles, and FireSite profiles) is visible to the public. Users are advised not to include sensitive personal details in public content feeds.
8. Data Sharing & Disclosures
RS Techno Studios does not share personal information except under the following strict conditions:
- Legal Obligations: When required by court orders, search warrants, or authorized government and law enforcement requests under Indian law.

- 7-Day Deletion Grace Period: When an account deletion is requested, a 7-day grace period is applied. Logging in during this window automatically cancels the deletion request.
- KYC Data Retention: Following account deletion, encrypted KYC and audit records may be retained for up to 6 months solely for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory audits before permanent deletion.
