RS Techno Studios – Master Ecosystem Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction & Ecosystem Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between RS Techno Studios ("Company", "We", "Us") and the user, creator, property host, or client ("User", "You"). By accessing or using our websites, software products, mobile applications, AI services, or SaaS platforms (including StayBix, FireBix, Yagya AI, and RS One SSO), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.

2. RS One Unified Single Sign-On (SSO)
RS One serves as the central identity and authentication hub across the entire RS Techno Studios ecosystem. Creating an account on any RS Techno Studios platform automatically provisions an RS One Central Identity profile.
- By authenticating via RS One, you authorize seamless profile synchronization (Name, Email, Username, Verification Status) across StayBix, FireBix, Yagya AI, and connected services.
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to register an RS One account, list properties, subscribe to commercial plans, or enter into client contracts.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and all activities occurring under your account.
3. StayBix Platform (Hospitality & Rentals)
Intermediary Nature:
StayBix acts strictly as a technology intermediary connecting guests with property owners/hosts. StayBix does not own, manage, lease, or operate any listed room, PG, or property. To prevent unverified or fake listings, property listings are audited and managed through authorized RS Techno Studios admins and agents.
Payments & Host Commission:
- StayBix operates on a strict “Pay at Visit” model. Guests pay rent directly to the property host upon check-in. StayBix does not collect online room rent from guests.
- For every confirmed StayBix booking that completes check-in, the property host agrees to pay RS Techno Studios a mandatory 10% commission of the applicable rent amount. Failure to pay commission may result in account suspension and listing removal.
QR Check-In & Encrypted KYC:
- Mandatory QR-based check-in at the property is required to validate check-in status and unlock promotional benefits.
- KYC verification data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption. Upon account deletion requests, KYC and transaction logs may be retained securely for up to 6 months for legal, audit, and police compliance before permanent purging.
Cashback Rewards:
Cashback is a promotional benefit disbursed strictly via UPI ID (no cash or card payouts) only when the account is KYC-verified, booking approved within 24 hours, and QR check-in successfully confirmed.
4. FireBix Platform (Social & Local Discovery)
Creator Publishing:
FireBix allows users and creators to publish Sparks (short videos), Articles, Posts, and Photos for free. Creators retain original ownership of their content. By publishing on FireBix, you grant RS Techno Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, stream, display, and distribute your content across web and mobile applications (including the Indus App Store mobile app).
Business Firesites (₹129/Year Plan):
Local businesses can subscribe to a Business Firesite for ₹129 per year to publish business landing pages, product catalogs, and customer lead forms. Firesite subscriptions are non-refundable once deployed.
Copyright & Moderation:
FireBix does not automatically own or license commercial music clips uploaded by users. Users are solely responsible for obtaining legal rights for third-party media. Pornography, explicit nudity, hate speech, financial scams, spam, and copyright violations are strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination.
5. Yagya AI & Automated Safety Systems
Yagya AI is the proprietary artificial intelligence logic engine developed by RS Techno Studios. It executes prompt reasoning, multi-scene content automation, and background moderation.
- FireBix and StayBix utilize Yagya AI algorithms alongside manual moderation to detect spam, fake reviews, bot activity, and policy violations.
- Generative AI outputs are provided for informational and creative assistance. Users remain strictly responsible for illegal misuse of prompts or unlawful content generated via automated tools.
6. Scope of Client Engineering Services
RS Techno Studios provides digital and software engineering services, including:
- Custom website design and web application development
- SaaS platform architecture and database engineering
- Custom Single Sign-On (SSO) and payment gateway integrations
- Server maintenance, updates, and technical optimization
The exact scope, features, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are defined strictly through a written agreement or contract.
7. Written Agreement & Contract Basis
RS Techno Studios operates strictly on a written agreement basis when providing client software services.
Only the deliverables, features, and commitments explicitly mentioned in the formal written agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) shall be considered valid. Any verbal discussion, phone call, or informal messaging (chats) shall not be considered legally binding unless confirmed in writing.
8. Payment Terms & Delivery Timelines
Payment schedules are defined in the written agreement (e.g., advance deposits, milestone payments, or full payment prior to deployment).
- In case of delayed or non-payment, the project may be paused, and technical support temporarily discontinued.
- Unless otherwise stated in writing, all advance and milestone payments are non-refundable.
- Project delivery timelines are estimates and depend on timely client inputs, content, and feedback. Delays caused by the client will automatically extend the timeline.
9. Warranty & Technical Support
RS Techno Studios provides a limited warranty covering only technical defects or code-related bugs that arise under normal usage.
The warranty does not cover:
- Modifications made by the client or third parties
- Issues related to third-party hosting, external APIs, or domain/server outages
- New feature requests or design revisions requested after project approval
10. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Rights
Until full payment is received, all developed code, designs, and software remain the intellectual property of RS Techno Studios. Upon full payment, ownership is transferred as per the written contract terms.
Standard Plan vs Exclusive White-Label Option:
- Standard Service Plan: RS Techno Studios retains the permanent right to display the completed work in its portfolio, website showcase, and marketing materials under the credit “Developed by RS Techno Studios”.
- Exclusive / White-Label Plan: If the client pays an additional fee for an exclusive ownership option, white-label plan, or NDA agreement, RS Techno Studios shall not display the project in its portfolio, and full exclusive rights remain strictly with the client.
11. Limitation of Liability
RS Techno Studios, StayBix, FireBix, and Yagya AI are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. RS Techno Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, rental income, revenue, data, or physical host-guest disputes.
Our maximum aggregate financial liability shall never exceed the actual amount paid by the client for the specific service or subscription in question.
12. Termination & Account Deletion
Either party may terminate a service agreement in case of a material breach of terms or contract obligations. Upon termination, payment for work completed remains payable, and advance payments remain non-refundable as per agreement terms.
RS Techno Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts across StayBix, FireBix, or RS One for fraudulent activity, fake KYC submissions, or severe policy violations without prior notice.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted strictly in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
